Rev. Shelley D.B. Copeland, M.A, M.Div.
Founding Director

Our Mission is to improve the quality of life of low and
moderate income urban people through the development of
faith-based community development ministries.  We
accomplish this by walking with faith leaders as coaches.
Through our group of faith-based consultants, we help
faith-leaders turn vision into reality.

Rev. Shelley D.B. Copeland is a preacher, teacher and
non-profit leader who has helped launch over 30 faith-based
ministries in the past decade, serving over 20,000 people.  She

extensively for colleges, government, non-profit agencies and
faith communities.

Rev. Copeland holds an M.A in Religious leadership from
Hartford Seminary, a M.Div. from Yale University Divinity
School and is a Doctoral Candidate from Hartford Seminary.
